Our Battle Ground center is open Mon through Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.  Our Vancouver – Burton Rd and Salmon Creek centers are open Monday through Friday, 6:30am–6:00pm.

Do you provide transportation to and from schools?2026-03-29T18:48:37-07:00

Yes! Our school-age program includes safe transportation to and from local elementary schools on our small school buses. We also walk children to our neighborhood school or to the bus stop to meet the school district bus.  Visit our School-Age page to see a list of schools we serve.

Yes, we are closed on most major holidays.

Yes. We offer full-time, part-time, and before/after school options depending on the program and availability.

Tuition is due weekly and can be paid online through our parent portal, or in person at the center.  We accept debit/credit cards and cash.

Yes. We accept Washington’s Working Connections Child Care (WCCC) subsidy and other approved assistance programs.

Yes!  The youngest child’s tuition is regular price.  Tuition for additional children is 10% off.

What is your illness policy?2026-03-29T18:47:54-07:00

In general, children must be kept home if they have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms. They can return after being symptom-free for 24 hours without medication.  More specific information is available in our Parent Handbook and Health Policies

Are staff trained in CPR and First Aid?2026-03-29T18:46:08-07:00

Yes. All staff are certified in CPR, First Aid, and Food Safety/Handling. Training is updated regularly.

Must my child be immunized to attend Children’s Village?2026-03-29T18:38:51-07:00

Yes, children must be current on immunizations for their age.  See current Washington Department of Health immunization requirements.  Certain exceptions are allowed.

Does my child need to be potty trained to attend?2026-03-29T18:38:35-07:00

No, we don’t require children to be potty-trained.

We take allergies seriously. We work closely with families and children’s healthcare providers to support safe care and identify appropriate alternatives whenever possible.

Are meals and snacks included in tuition?2026-03-29T18:37:40-07:00

All meals and snacks are included in tuition at no additional cost.

Can I send food from home?2026-03-29T18:37:23-07:00

Generally, no.  We provide meals for consistency and food safety. Exceptions may be made for children with medical or allergy needs.

Do you enroll children with special needs?2026-03-29T18:41:48-07:00

We welcome children of all abilities and work closely with families to provide individualized support whenever possible. While we strive to meet a wide range of needs, there may be times when a child’s needs fall outside the scope of what we are able to safely and appropriately support.
