Choosing a childcare center is a big decision, and we’re here to make the process simple and supportive.  Enrollment at Children’s Village is designed to help families feel confident every step of the way.

Step-by-Step Enrollment Process:

Schedule a Tour

Come visit our classrooms, meet our teachers, and see our centers in action.  Tours are the best way to experience our warm and welcoming environment.

Complete an Enrollment Packet

After your tour, we’ll provide you with an enrollment packet that includes forms, policies, and information specific to your child’s age group and center.

If Applicable, Meet with our Special Needs Team

If your child has an IEP, IFSP or individual care concerns, we will work with you to determine how best to care for your child.

Secure your Spot

Once your forms are complete, individual care concerns addressed, and your registration fee is submitted, your child’s space will be reserved.  Some programs may have a waitlist, so early application is encouraged.

Attend a Family Orientation

This meeting takes approximately 30 minutes and will be scheduled at a time convenient for you.

First Day!

On your child’s first day, our staff will help you and your child settle in.  We’ll be ready to answer questions and support your transition into our Village.
